Rathaus and main market square:
St. Nicholas Church (Nikolai-kirche): The center of the Monday Demonstrations in 1989 which lead to the peaceful downfall of the DDR (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monday_demonstrations_in_GDR). A lone column outside the the church, that matches the inside columns and ceilings.
